SPECIFICATION:

1. Polyester base Nylon plates used for printing thickness 0.95 mm.

2. Blanket thickness-3.90 mm

3. Double side adhesive tape for fixing the plates.

SPECIAL NOTE:

1. For loading the containers on the auto loader we require the rib size minimum 3 mm. and rib distance minimum 6 mm and max 10mm. between the glasses.

2. The forming of the glasses should be perfect (as per the mandrills fixed on the indexing aluminium turrent) so that the rejection of loading and unloading will be nil.
