SPECIFICATION:

1. Indexing 8 station heavy modified turret.

2. Back less gears for good results in half-tone printing

3. Machine speed : 200 index cycle per minute mode of container feeding is automatic through our auto-loader.

4. Offer consists of : One Six color dry offset printing unit consisting of Six independant stations for each color.

Each stations consists of an

A- induct with doctor blade.

B- Inker roller individual ruined.

C- One ink transfer rubber rollers.

D- Two oscillating rollers.

E- Two rider rollers.

F- One form rollers.

G- One steel rollers.

5. one stack loader : this device delivers stacks of containers on demand to the auto loader for feeding in to the machine.

6. one high performance universal auto leader for high speed operation, container feeding for all common rib size with in the machine range is possible by a single device. A synchronized drive system ensures flawless container loading to match operational speed.

7. unloading will be done directly on conveyor.

8. proximately switches-to activate.

NOTE :

1. Polyester base Nylon plates used for printing thickness 0.95 mm.

2. Blanket thickness-3.90 mm

3. Double side adhesive tape for fixing the plates.

SPECIAL NOTE:

1. For loading the containers on the auto loader we require the rib size minimum 3 mm. and rib distance minimum 6 mm and max 10mm. between the glasses.

2. The forming of the glasses should be perfect (as per the mandrills fixed on the indexing aluminium turrent) so that the rejection of loading and unloading will be nil.
